Ariana Grande Pretty Sure She Could Have Grown Up to Be a Serial Killer

Ariana Grande covers the new issue of Billboard magazinein a polka dot-patterned astronaut's helmet, as you do, and discusses the dark path her life might have taken if she'd not found music, Disney, and Kabbalah too — Grande "departed" from her Catholic upbringing and "started practicing my own things" when she was 12, and now considers herself a Kabbalist. (See the red string bracelet above.)

Discussing her childhood, pre-musical theater, with Billboard, Grande says, in retrospect, "it was concerning." She points out a JAWS-themed birthday party she hosted, age 5, which left guests fleeing in tears, and also says "there was a stage, when I was 3 or 4, where my mom thought I might grow up to be a serial killer." Fortunately, the tween show Nickelodeon machine then scooped her up and knocked that thirst for blood right out of her, presumably/hopefully.

That said, I'm not saying borderline sociopathic tendencies run in the family, but Ariana's brother Frankie also seems to be relishing the role of backstabbing strategist on this season of Big Brother.

Beyonce n’a pas fini d’être dans la tourmente… Après des rumeurs de divorce, la chanteuse doit (re)faire face aux rumeurs de mère porteuse concernant sa première fille Blue Ivy.

Depuis une dizaine d’années, Beyonce a toujours été au top, la chanteuse doit faire face à une année 2014 très intense. Entre les nombreuses rumeurs de divorce avec Jay Z, la jeune femme pouvait se rattacher sur le fait qu’elle soit une bonne mère. Cela dit, les internautes ont remarqué les dégâts capillaires de Blue Ivy, de même que les rumeurs de mère porteuse viennent d’être relancées.

Dès l’annonce de sa grossesse en 2011, Beyonce a dû faire face à plusieurs spéculations qui affirmaient que la star ait fait appel à une mère porteuse. Si la femme de Jay Z a su comment atténuer ces folles rumeurs, il se pourrait bien que celles-ci soient relancées de nouveau. En effet, selon le site Radar Online, le couple le plus influent du monde est en pleine poursuite judiciaire avec Tina Seals, une jeune femme SDF, qui prétend être la mère biologique de Blue Ivy. En effet, la jeune femme a engagé une poursuite fédérale contre le couple à New York afin de réclamer des compensations financières pour leur avoir donner ses ovules.

Ainsi Tina Seals, réclame non seulement une compensation financière mais aussi un test ADN tout en souhaitant "préserver sa relation avec eux, puisqu’il sont des personnes formidables". Cela dit, sa demande risque d’être rapidement rejetée puisque Tina Seals avait effectué les mêmes démarches concernant North West, la fille deKim Kardashian et Kanye West, ainsi que pour les enfants deMichael Jackson. A moins que Tina Seals arrive à prouver qu’elle soit une donneuse d’ovules pour les stars, il y a peu de chance qu’elle obtienne compensation.

Dans une interview au journal britannique « The Guardian », l’actrice est revenue sur l’aspect psychologique du rôle.

A l’issue du tournage, Marion Cotillard confie qu’elle se surprenait parfois à continuer de parler comme Edith Piaf, tellement son rôle l’avait habitée. « J’ai tout essayé » pour sortir du personnage de Piaf, explique-t-elle à la journaliste du « Guardian ». « J’ai fait de l’exorcisme. Beyoncé brings out a lot of excitement in people. We get it. An explosion of emotion is understandable if you're about to see her in concert—to a point. When there's that much anticipation in a room (or a giant football stadium), things can turn ugly quickly. Such was the case for the latest stop on Beyoncé and Jay Z's On The Run tour in Pasadena, California at the Rose Bowl Stadium. The stage wasn't the only spot that saw some serious activity. After a man was caught allegedly groping a female concert-goer (by none other than her boyfriend), said boyfriend took matters into his own hands—or more aptly, mouth. He bit off the supposed groper's finger, sending him to the hospital. But that's not all—ten people were arrested in total during the concert, but their charges (eight for public drunkenness and two for scalping tickets) were a lot less meaty than both the groping and the finger biting.

Obviously, sexual assault is never okay. It's even more of a head-scratcher that these kind of things happen during a concert that makes a point to acknowledge the importance of equal rights. Maybe it was Beyoncé's monologue about feminism that impassioned the finger biter to take such drastic measures.

Fashion Bloggers Are Making More Than Ever Before

Fashion blogging used to be seen as a fun way to share one's personal interests, and maybe gain a small following — now, it has become it's own seven-figure industry. A WWD article noted Thursday that top bloggers' are earning big from affiliate sales, brand collaborations, and appearances fees.

These bloggers are invited to (and sometimes paid to attend) fashion week shows and flagship opening parties, which can potentially be featured on their site or Instagram. Bryan Grey-Yambao of Bryanboy admitted his net worth is steadily rising on an annual basis. Appearance fees just a few years ago were around $5,000 - now, it's a minimum of $10,000 or $15,000, while top-tier bloggers can command close to $50,000 for a high-profile brand event.

Fashion bloggers bridge the gap between the shopper and the fashion house, providing their readers with insider tips and info on a personal level. These bloggers have gained a huge following on social media with highly engaged audiences, making them "influencers," and therefore valuable to any sort of fashion promotion. Amber Venz, president of performance-based digital management agency RewardStyle, told WWD that the average blogger conversion rate — a measure of how many users click a link and make a purchase — is one percent, a typical number for content-based or native advertising. It's the retail sales these bloggers drive, however, that the firm focuses on.

Rachel Parcall of Pink Peonies remains one of the top earners. Based on RewardStyle’s data, she will make at least $960,000 from affiliate programs alone this year. She still makes additional income on top of that, through partnerships with brands like TRESemmé or J. Crew. She started her site two and a half years ago as an online journal that she intended to be more personal than Facebook so her friends and family could keep up with what she was doing. Today, her conversion rates range from three to 12 percent, depending on the month. In April, she said she drove 100,000 clicks to Nordstrom.com, one of her highest converting affiliate retail partners.
